Enchanting The War Within

Enchanting is one of the most useful and sought‑after professions. Only enchanters can create various enchantments for equipment items, as well as the crests required for crafting gear — such as the Enchanted Gilded Crest of the Lower Mines. Crests and enchantments remain in demand throughout the season, making this profession relevant at any time. It is consistently popular at the Order Table. Moreover, the profession is relatively easy to level: you can obtain needed recipes by defeating mobs and bosses, and the reagents are usually available on the auction house at reasonable prices.

You can learn the profession from one of two NPCs:

Nagad — Dornogal

Xyl’raphael — City of Threads

We’ve aimed to provide the fastest and most cost‑effective way to level the profession. However, you may need slightly more resources due to the inherent randomness of leveling. Some yellow and orange recipes may not yield the expected results, so keep a close eye on your remaining resources after learning each recipe.

To level up, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Creating Enchanted Crests is the most cost‑effective way to reach level 100 in the profession — but this requires using the Order Table to complete orders.

If you prefer not to rely on orders, you can instead craft various enchantments — for example, Chant of Armored Leech.

Obtaining recipes is straightforward: they drop from various mobs across all zones in the current expansion, and you only need to have the profession at level 1 to start.
